My stay at the hotel was absolutely spectacular! The rooms were kept clean and were spacious and comfortable. The staff, including our butlers Armando, Nayeli, and Jessica, as well as housekeepers Isabella and Rosa, were all wonderful and very attentive. The grounds were immaculate, and the entire team was so helpful, joyful, and welcoming. However, the beaches covered in decayed seaweed from a sargassum bloom impacted the overall experience of the location.

What a memorable stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with fantastic toiletries and a small kitchenette that was just perfect for unwinding and getting a peaceful night's sleep. The phenomenal maid service and attentive bell boys truly made me feel special. However, the beaches covered in sargassum were a downside.
